Terms and Conditions
Ordering: Purchase online in the SSL catalogue in real time. By selecting desired items they will be automatically added to your shopping cart. Then follow the instructions to complete the shipping and payment details.
When ordering online, the freight cost will be determined by your Province/State (distance from London, Ontario) and gross weight.
If you wish to arrange your own freight or do not want to order online, then you may place your order by:

When using an alternate method of ordering, other than online, you will need to specify the item number(s), description, quantity and price. You will also need to provide your name, telephone number including area code, mailing address and Credit card # with expiration date. Allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive.
Any credit card sale/transaction, MUST be sent to the cardholders address. Orders with a mailing address different than your own, MUST be prepaid with a cheque, money order, certified cheque, etc.
Payment: Prices quoted are in U.S. or Canadian Dollars, depending on your selection on our Home Page. (U.S. or Canadian customer)
For your convenience, we accept Visa and Mastercard. Please supply credit card number, expiration date and your signature when mailing or faxing your order. No C.O.D.’s please. Note that non credit card payments must be received in advance prior to shipping and the shipment may be delayed until the cheque has cleared.
Prices do not include tax. If you are a Canadian resident please add applicable gst, pst, or hst when completing the order form.
In the U.S.A. you are exempt from State taxes unless you are a Michigan resident. All customers with a Michigan address must add 6% state tax to their orders.
Freight and insurance charges are included in the shopping cart. Those using alternative ordering methods will be charged freight and insurance accordingly. Any international duties, tariffs and brokerage fees are extra and usually payable upon delivery.
Terms of sale: Minimum order of goods is $25.00 CND or $20.00 U.S. Freight, insurance and taxes are
extra. We reserve the right to limit quantities or stop supplying any item(s) without notice. All sales are final. Call the freight company immediately to request a claim form. Ontario Growers Supply will not accept responsibility for goods damages in transit.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Ontario Growers Supply harmless against any claim(s) or liabilities arising from any cause from any third party relating to subsequent sale or use of merchandise.
After customer orders merchandise from OGS (Ontario Growers Supply), refusal to accept shipment from the freight company for any reason beyond OGS control will result in the Customer paying all shipping and insurance charges, unless Customer receives a prior written approval from OGS.
Orders received with incorrect entries or incomplete address and payment information will not be filled.
All personal information provided to us will be held strictly confidential and will not be forwarded by us to any other party. For your online security we are providing you a secure shopping environment through SSL.
Warranty: Warranty is provided by the manufacturers of the goods and may vary in terms and conditions. OGS cannot offer any warranty implicitly or explicitly for any product sold because we are only resellers of these goods, nor will we be held liable for any damages that may occur as a result of using the purchased items. Fill out necessary warranty cards. All returns must be authorized. You can do so by obtaining a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Proof of purchase is a requirement for all returns and warranty work, so save your invoice and original packaging.
