All about Moisture Crystal
How It Works:
Magic Moisture Crystals act like miniature water bottles that can be
filled over and over again. Can store up to 400 times their weight in water.
Then they gently release that water back to the plant as needed.

HANGING BASKETS - BALCONY PLANTERS - POTTED PLANTS
USE to reduce demand on water wells
USE with new sod or seeding of lawns
USE where there is water rationing
REDUCES WATERING - REDUCES SOIL COMPACTING
Magic Moisture Crystals will store natural rain water or tap water and
feed it to your plants during those hot, sunny rainless days. Reduces watering
frequency, dependency on rain, ensures survival of newly planted shrubs
and bushes. As the Magic Moisture Crystals expand and contract they loosen
the soil, keeping plants healthy, without "water logging" the soil.
How to Use
Magic Moisture Crystals
GARDEN USE:
Hanging Baskets & Planter Boxes - Mix a level teaspoon of dry Magic
Moisture Crystals for every two litres of soil. Use this mixture in the
bottom half (up to 3/4) of your pot. Place your plant into the pot and
use regular soil to top off. Water with several light waterings at first
to hydrate the crystals.
Bushes & Shrubs - Use three level tablespoons per plant (10 to
15 GMs per 10 litres of soil). Dig a large hole to plant your shrub in.
Mix the Magic Moisture Crystals into the soil at the bottom of the hole.
Plant your shrub. Lightly water several times.
Veggie & Flower Garden - Spread three level tablespoons of dry
Magic Moisture Crystals (40 to 50 GMs) per sq. metre of garden area. Dig
the crystals into the soil thoroughly to a depth of 10 to 20 cm. Best to
plant seed/flowers before watering. Water lightly until ground is saturated.
USE IN HYDROCULTURE - Soak Magic Moisture Crystals (level spoon
full or less) in a glass of water for 1/2 hour. When hydrated, mix in with
the clay pellets in the bottom third of the liner. Place the washed plant
roots on top and fill the rest of the liner with regular clay pellets.
